Description of Job

• Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
• Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
• Identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities
• Liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget
• Liaising with Indian vendors/partners & accounting teams

• Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Supervising and providing overall guidance to account clerks as well as junior accounting staff
• Providing regular updates to management regarding company finances
• Create forecasting reports for management
• Extensive knowledge and experience with QuickBooks online
• WHMCS accounting & billing system experience is a must

Requirements of Job

• WHMCS Billing Software Experience
• Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting processes, policy, and systems
• 5+ years previous experience as accounts officer, manager, or related position
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• The ability to process large amounts of numerical data
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented
