Position Overview
We are looking for a professional and agile Project Coordinator to administer all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans as well as coordinate directly with the director.
The main responsibilities include working closely with our project managers as well as the sales team to prepare comprehensive action plans and ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and budget; solving the queries of the team leads, and understanding the project requirements and explaining them to the team. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with international clients, sales team, and internal teams.
Principal Accountabilities
- Proficiency in Speaking and Writing English – Must
- Understanding Requirements from the Sales Team and explaining them to the DevelopmentTeam
- Project plan creation & project management
- Daily Communication with Team Leads, Project Leads & Project Managers
- Daily Communication with Sales Team
- Daily Communication with client through email and phone calls
- Extensive Experience in Project Management & Communication
- Basic Knowledge of SEO & Digital Marketing
- Follow ups with Clients for remaining / pending tasks
- Daily Check Progress Report of Assigned Tasks, Projects & work to team
- Daily Reporting to Director
- Solve all the issues, queries of Team Leads, Project Leads & Project Managers
- Logical Queries Resolver
- Act as a Mediator between Sales Team & Development Team
- Keep eye on Projects Delivery Dates, deadlines, etc.
- Give Immediate Response on WhatsApp / Skype / Email or other communication source
- Keep up-to-date with all Netclues! projects and its enhancements
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
- Conduct quality testing on clients projects
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential)
- Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology
- Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments.
- Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
